· Membership into (WCSOB) Economic Alliance Agreement.

· Economic support as per (Part 5 of the “Security & Economic" Agreement)

· Access to pre approved Utility Corridor/ R.O.W. to the ports of Churchill to be routed based on geo-technical sampling and feasibility studies.

· Added pipeline capacity for alternate shipping route for Saskatchewan Oil and LNG via the modern World Class shipping ports in Churchill, Manitoba. 

​

· Added rail shipping capacity for high grade quality grains and other Farm products, Lumber, Manufactured Goods, Frozen Consumables, Military and Container Shipping to European and Global markets via Churchill ports.

· Access to additional electrical power supply from Northern Manitoba.
