A Western Canada Economic Solution
A place to join an Association exclusively created for the Western Canada Economic Region.
An opportunity to shield and protect individual economies from external exploitation.
An Agency service that unites Provinces and Territories in a common goal to expand Economies to Domestic and Global markets.
A NEW WAY OF DOING BUSINESS
The States of Buffalo's
Agency Services in Western Canada –
Was aptly named after the 1904 proposed “Province of Buffalo”, but with a slight distinction, bent towards the whole of Western Canada’s Provinces and Territories.
The States of Buffalo's Agency Services -
Is a new Organization that promotes the security of Western Economic Development and Joint Economic Development plans.
Also represents a bold new alliance strategy, exclusively for Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Manitoba and the Northern Territories, to create a powerful Western Canada Economic Region.
This is not about division but about empowerment — by creating internal partnerships within the Western Canada Economic Region.
- What happens next will be studied in history books -

Mission Statement:
To empower all Western Canadian Provinces and Territorial Economies individually, by implementing a collaborative economic agreement* that protects all members’ jurisdictions, equally and equitably.
*(See Part 5 of Western Canadian States of Buffalo – Agreement in Principle)
Vision Statement:
Becoming a leading Agency service for developing Co-operative Western Canada Economic Agreements, to foster the creation of a Global Economic Super Power.
The Organization:
The States of Buffalo Agency services is an active concept where safeguards are created for the freedom and security of the Western Canada Economic Region through political and strategic policy development. Members come together under the Secretary General who is responsible for steering the process of Consultation and Decision-Making within our Membership, and ensures the implementation of decisions agreed upon. This will also require the Secretary General to be the “Spokesperson” and along with staff, provide advice, guidance and administrative support to the appointed delegates of the Council.
The goal is simple - everyone works together,
while retaining their own identity
